Capacity Building
Develop what the evidence points to.
Thrive by Design Capacity Building is a five module (10 to 15 sessions) train-the-trainer program. We train your own HR or L&D team directly, and they cascade it to your people. Development follows your results, not a generic catalogue.
How it works
Evidence first, then development, then evidence again.

Reassess
Why it is different
Evidence first, then development, then evidence again.
We are not a training company. Capacity Building exists because the Assessment shows where the gap sits. Modules are sequenced foundation first, so new skills have something to hold on to, and a reassessment shows what changed.
How it works
Start from your results
We use your Assessment baseline to set the order and focus of the five modules.
We train your trainers
Your HR or L&D team is trained directly by us to deliver each module.
Your team cascades it
Your trainers take the program to your people, in your context and language.
Reassess
We run the Assessment again to show what moved.
What you keep
- An internal team trained to deliver the program
- A sequenced plan tied to your own baseline
- Before and after evidence of change
