Jubilee Life Insurance
From impressions to a starting point.
Human Resources, Jubilee Life Insurance, 2026

The challenge
The HR team was growing with the organisation. Leadership had impressions of the team's purpose, trust and adaptability, but no benchmark, and engagement surveys gave no structured, comparable read.
What we did
- Eight HR team members completed the assessment privately and online.
- We delivered an anonymised Team Profile across Purpose, People and Performance.
- The same eight worked through the findings together in a 90 minute facilitated session.

What we found
- Purpose had the most room to grow, and it varied most across the team.
- Leadership's concern about engagement and growth now had a likely root cause to work from.
- The session opened a frank discussion on purpose versus opportunity, and technical versus people skills.
Today's session helped me re-evaluate things and understand that whatever I am doing, I have to understand it within the context of the people I am surrounded by, the work that I do, and how it adds meaning to my life.
Dua Zehra, Lead Talent Management
It helped me gain a better understanding of my people, my purpose, and where I stand in terms of my performance. Life can be so chaotic, and sessions like these help you self-reflect.
Sarah Rehman, Lead Human Resource Business Partner
I got to know a lot of things I had never thought about previously, and now I have a clearer pathway for how I am supposed to think in the future, how I am supposed to make decisions, and how to increase my self-awareness.
Alvina Murtaza, Human Resource Business Partner

What the team did next
- Each person and the team set commitments for the next week and the next 30 days.
- HR now builds from a scored baseline rather than survey sentiment.
What this means for you
If engagement feels low but no one can say why, a baseline shows where to start.
